- The data is processed for the purpose of executing the sales contract and collected for tax and fiscal purposes.
- Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose indicated above. If the data are not provided, it will not be possible to carry out the aforementioned purpose.
- The Personal Data Administrator does not share data or transfer data to a third country/international organization.
- Access to your personal data is available only to companies that closely cooperate with the Administrator and have an agreement with him on entrusting the processing of personal data (e.g. providers of legal services, accounting offices ) and authorities authorized to receive such data as a result of other legal regulations (e.g. prosecutor’s office, court, police)
- Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose, a maximum of 20 years.
- Data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
- The data subject has the right to access, correct, rectify, erase, limit processing, transfer and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
